About the Museum

The Paley Gates

at the Naples Museum of Art

The mission of the Naples Museum of Art is to inspire creativity and awaken curiosity.  As part of this mission, the museum will strive to be a visual arts center for people of all ages and backgrounds with an emphasis on modern and contemporary art.

The Naples Museum of Art invites you to experience the wonder of the visual arts, and to become a part of our cultural adventure.

The museum is a reflection of the unique spirit and generosity of Southwest Florida. Our objective is to be a visual arts center for people of all ages and backgrounds, to mirror the varied interests and wishes – and to nourish the soul – of our community.

Our visual arts center includes a three-story, 30,000-square-foot museum with 15 galleries, a glass dome conservatory, entrance gates by renowned metal artist Albert Paley, spectacular chandeliers and a Persian Ceiling by acclaimed glass artist Dale Chihuly, a resource room and the Museum Store.

The museum is dedicated to displaying world-class paintings, sculpture, drawings and other art forms, while providing educational programs and lectures.

Please join us on our cultural odyssey and grow with us into the future. Seasonal memberships and admission tickets are available at the Customer Service Center at the main entrance inside the Paley Gates.
